Oppo BDP-103D Darbee Edition UPGRADED VERSION 3D Blu-ray Player - Very Rare
I had in my house the following blu-ray players: Pioneer LX500, OPPO 103, OPPO 105D, OPPO 205 and also new flagship media player Soundaware SMC D1, costing over $6000.
I bought and sold ALL OF THEM, but kept OPPO 103D AU.
Video-wise, they all comparable (with individual pros and cons).
Sound-wise, as of digital output, OPPO 103D was a clear winner: more natural, fuller and more detailed sound.
I have tried both "coaxial out" and "HDMI audio only" out and had consistent results.
I don't know really the reason - maybe because, unlike the rest, OPPO 103D has Cirrus Logic audio chip which performs better in the circuit.
I was so impressed, that I bought second OPPO 103D which I kept as spare for a few years.
Now I am reluctantly selling it so that to reduce clutter in my house.
Very good condition.
Comes with genuine remote, genuine printed manuals and upgrade certificate (don't remember what exactly was upgraded).
