I am looking to purchase a pair of high-efficiency Omega Speaker Systems monitors featuring the Alnico driver (e.g., Compact Alnico Monitor / CAM, Super 6 Alnico, or similar).
These will go to a dedicated, low-wattage bedroom system paired with a custom 3-watt 2A3 single-ended triode amplifier, so the crossoverless Alnico architecture is exactly what I am chasing to match the system synergy.
I have a healthy, realistic budget of up to $1,500 AUD for the right pair in good working order (not fussed about minor cosmetic marks or cabinet finishes, purely focused on the drivers and sound quality). I am happy to pay fair market rates for interstate courier/freight pack shipping if located outside my home state.
