Focal Kanta No.2

Floorstanding loudspeaker. No boxes, but spikes, grilles and accessories.

The Kanta series has the third

generation IAL Beryllium tweeter (Sopra and Utopia have 2nd Gen) and it's smoother than the previous generations.

The Kanta is a little warmer than Sopra in general. It throws a big, big stage even when soft, but when you push the volume the texture really comes alive.

The lovely flax drivers, more sophisticated than those in the Aria range, are warm and sweet, and visually interesting as each has a different pattern of the natural material.

Alas, it's a teensy bit of overkill in my room, which now doubles as a family space.

As there are no boxes, I am happy to deliver them personally within Victoria and perhaps elsewhere if it's not too far. You’re welcome to try them to make sure everything works.
