Sennheiser HDV 820 Headphone Amp

Selling Sennheiser HDV 820 Headphone amp.

Purchased from new in Oct 2022 from Len Wallis audio to be used with Sennheiser HD 820 closed-back headphones (also advertised for sale on stereonet AU). Only used 5 times and selling as simply not used enough.

 DAC, headphone amp and preamp (with analogue inputs) all in one package. Typically fine Sennheiser build and finish, with lots of connectivity options capable of connecting multiple headphones simultaneously. Sounds great with the HD 820s, my preference is for the balanced option where it sounds dynamic and solid with a crisp, precise delivery which definitely sounds refined, as the review I read at the time of purchase promised.

Used it conjunction with Naim NDX2 and NAC 282 connected to Hi-Cap and NAPSC, really great set-up but because of current limitations with room set-up, just not using it enough to justify the initial expense from new. Looking to recycle into turntable upgrade in due course.

Prefer pickup as missing original box, but can organise shipment if required.
