Not sure how old this is but they were pretty popular on Stereonet about 15 years ago (there's a big group buy thread here). I bought this direct from the manufacturer Ralph Brayham (his email address is on the instruction sheet but I doubt it still works as the company is long gone). I think they were like $500 NZD (so about AUD 3.25 )
Anyway, I used it maybe a dozen times and it's been sitting in a cupboard ever since.
What it comes with:
The machine
A wall wart for power - no idea if it's the original, I just plugged one in and it still spins. It's yours unless you'd rather use your linear power supply for cleaner cleans,
The original instruction sheet - faded but legible
Some spare felt for the nozzle - appears to be on a sticky backing for attachment
What it doesn't come with:
A wet and dry vacuum.
